Changing and adapting the approach that a company takes to a particular problem depending on the situation it is in is the sign of a good management team. Those companies and organizations that cannot innovate, cannot adapt, and will not change their way of operating will eventually find the going too tough.
With the forecasted sales of CDs over the next few years causing alarm within the music industry, attention has once again been turned towards free music downloads.
